No, because of Steam Community Market selling fees, you would get about 50-65% of your cases in skins.
eg., the value of your cases is €1. After selling fees, I will get €0.75 and you will get a €0.50-0.65 CS:GO skin.
DO I NEED STEAM GUARD MOBILE AUTHENTICATORÂ TO TRADE?
No, it is your choice. We can still trade but the CS:GO Trade will be issued with a 15 days trade hold. Although, it is recommended to have it enabled so the trade will be done instantly. Also, it is safer like this (it requires 2FA).
